I'd like to show you how to slow down your thoughts, reduce anxiety, and regain sense of self. We can take the steps for you to start feeling better by building better coping skills, and gaining new perspective. Whether you are feeling stuck or just need to know that you're are being heard, I'd like to help.

Therapy for PTSD
We are here to help you find ways to feel more grounded and centered again. We try to offer a place to feel safe.

Therapy based on the Gottman method.
Time - 50 minutes per session
Cost - $175
Standard therapy
We use tried and true methods such as CBT, ACT, and/or DBT, as well as mindfulness. We taylor your sessions to you and your needs.
